Michael Kenna’s Midjourney V5 style is all about tonal range with many subtle nuances. All nine of our tests returned distinct monochromatic images, certainly in the style of Kenna’s MJ doppelganger. Rendered in beautiful greyscale, they convey a sense of isolation, loneliness, and motionless silence. With heavy hearts, we have to take half a point off because MJ couldn’t put Francis D. into the scene in a natural enough manner. However, we love the surrealism of the outcome!
