Midlibrary.io is a platform offering a curated collection of Midjourney art styles and SREF codes, along with educational resources and tools to help users explore and create AI art using Midjourney. Our mission is to educate and inspire users in AI-driven artistry, fostering creativity and innovation within this evolving medium.

All content in the Midlibrary catalog is generated by the Midlibrary team using Midjourney AI. We do not feature real artists’ images, artworks, or any copyrighted material in our catalog. The samples provided by Midlibrary are intended for educational and illustrative purposes only and are not representative of real artists’ works or real-world prototypes.

Midlibrary.io is not affiliated with any real artists or authors. Our goal is to educate and inspire by demonstrating the potential of AI-generated art in creative exploration.

2.1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Midlibrary.io.

2.2. Your account

If you create an account on Midlibrary.io, you are responsible for all activities that occur under it, and for keeping access to the email address and any logins (Discord, Patreon, Google) connected to it.

2.3. Limited license

Midlibrary.io grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the website and its content for all legal purposes.

2.4. Prohibited activities

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on Midlibrary.io visual content without explicit written permission.
• Engage in activities that interfere with or disrupt the Midlibrary.io website or services.

3.1. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for anything you add to Midlibrary.io — your profile’s name, picture and About, your collections and their names, messages, bug reports and screenshots, and SREF code suggestions.

3.2. License grant

By adding content to Midlibrary.io, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your non-private content — your public profile and public collections — on the website and across external resources through Midlibrary.io partnership programs, applications, and promotional materials. Private collections stay private.

3.3. Acceptable use

You agree not to add content that is:

• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harassing.
• Invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or discriminatory.
• Violating any applicable laws or promoting violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.

Midlibrary.io may contain links to third-party websites for convenience or reference. We do not assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any external sites. You access such third-party websites at your own risk. We encourage you to review their terms of use and privacy policies before engaging with them.

• Midlibrary.io is provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied.
• We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of Midlibrary.io, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., data loss, financial loss, or operational disruptions).

Any disputes related to these Terms or your use of Midlibrary.io will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

• You waive your right to a jury trial.
• Arbitration will take place in Newark, Delaware.
• The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties.

7.1. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on Midlibrary.io, and continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7.2. Entire agreement

These Terms, with our Privacy page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Midlibrary.io regarding the use of our services.

7.3. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
