About

Speedy Graphito is a French street artist known for his vibrant and eclectic style that blends elements of pop culture, graffiti, and surrealism. Emerging in the 1980s, he became a prominent figure in the post-graffiti movement, creating works that challenge consumer culture and mass media through bold and playful imagery.

Observations

The style combines densely layered graffiti and comic-book imagery with vivid primary colors, heavy black outlines, flat graphic shapes, and clearly visible paint texture. Repeated cartoon faces, symbols, tags, and overlapping motifs create a crowded, energetic collage-like surface across the entire sheet.
