About

Andy Kehoe is an American artist known for his enchanting and surreal illustrations that often explore themes of fantasy and nature. His work is characterized by a unique blend of whimsy and darkness, creating immersive worlds filled with mythical creatures and dreamlike landscapes.

Observations

Across all four images, dense leafless forests and sparse figures or wolves are rendered with visible fine linear marks, textured brushwork, and a limited rust-orange and deep-teal palette. Strongly lit skies and near-black silhouettes create a brooding, folkloric atmosphere with recurring high contrast and layered woodland depth.
