Observations
The style combines heavily worked, visibly brushed surfaces with delicate drawn contours, distressed marks, and splattered ink. Restrained olive, charcoal, cream, and dusty-rose tones are punctuated by stark black silhouettes and broad areas of negative space, creating atmospheric narrative panels with recurring figures, portraits, and landscapes.
