About
David Mack is a contemporary American artist and writer known for his work in comic books and graphic novels. He is recognized for his unique artistic style that often incorporates elements of collage, watercolor, and ink, creating a distinctive and expressive visual narrative.
Observations
Across all four portraits, translucent watercolor washes, visible paper texture, and fine ink contours create an expressive mixed-media look. Cropped faces are repeatedly interrupted by flowing abstract shapes, splashes, and graphic marks, with saturated coral and blue accents giving the style a surreal, emotionally charged character.
