Observations

Across the four images, recognizable natural and architectural subjects are rendered with vivid, high-contrast color and abundant visible brushwork. Dense flowers, foliage, ravens, mountains, and the overgrown house combine realistic detail with expressive, fantastical juxtapositions and swirling painted backgrounds.
