About

Dima Dmitriev is a contemporary artist known for his unique approach to landscape painting, blending elements of fantasy and surrealism with a painterly style. His work often features vibrant colors and imaginative compositions, drawing inspiration from both classical and modern art movements.

Observations

The style uses visible, textured brushwork and fine surface marks to build richly detailed rainy and wintry landscapes. Restrained blue-gray palettes, isolated red accents, mist-softened distance, reflective water, and solitary figures create a dark, dreamy atmosphere across all four scenes.
