About

Funk art is an American art movement that emerged in the 1960s, characterized by its irreverent, anti-establishment attitude and use of everyday objects. It often incorporates humor, popular culture, and a mix of high and low art styles, challenging traditional art norms.

Observations

Across all four renders, the style combines densely layered abstract forms with recognizable, often distorted figures, using saturated neon colors, strong black contours, and graphic blocks of flat color. Broad painted marks, scribbled textures, repeated motifs, and organic swirls create a highly energetic, collage-like surface with pronounced contrast.
