About

Justin Gaffrey is a contemporary American artist known for his unique approach to painting, often using a palette knife to create textured and vibrant landscapes. His work is characterized by thick applications of paint, resulting in a three-dimensional effect that brings his subjects to life.

Observations

Across all four renders, the scenes are built from visible, layered paint strokes, with sweeping directional marks shaping skies, water, foliage, and petals. Saturated turquoise, orange, yellow, green, and cream create expressive coastal garden landscapes whose recognizable natural forms remain slightly dreamlike and fluid.
