About
Kim Keever is an American artist known for his innovative approach to photography, often involving large-scale water tanks to create ethereal and surreal landscapes. His work blends elements of painting and photography, resulting in dreamlike images that challenge the boundaries between reality and imagination.
Observations
These images combine lush, highly detailed landscape compositions with enormous sculptural clouds that resemble painted or cotton-like masses, creating a surreal fantasy environment. Saturated coral, pink, blue, teal, and orange hues, reflective water, luminous haze, and abundant flowering vegetation give the style a dreamy yet grand, otherworldly character.
