About
Layered composition is a technique often associated with the art of collage, where various elements are combined to create a cohesive whole. This method has roots in early 20th-century art movements like Cubism and Constructivism , where artists explored the fragmentation and reassembly of forms. By layering different materials, textures, and images, artists can convey complex narratives and visual depth.
Observations
Across all four renders, the style combines heavily textured paint with layered collage fragments, geometric blocks, drawn marks, and found-image details. Saturated coral, orange, blue, green, and red accents contrast with pale grounds, while dense assemblages and partial figures create an ornate, surreal mixed-media character.
