About
Motion blur is a photographic technique that captures the apparent streaking of moving objects in a still image, achieved by using a slow shutter speed or rapid movement of the camera. It is often used to convey speed, movement, and the passage of time, creating a dynamic and fluid visual effect.
Observations
A cinematic nighttime photographic style built around intense lateral motion blur and long-exposure light trails, with figures partially frozen against smeared urban backgrounds. Teal-green shadows contrast with saturated orange and red lights, while wet pavement, reflections, and selective focus create a moody, atmospheric city setting.
