Observations

These scenes use visibly textured, hand-painted surfaces with fine drawn contours, simplified angular anatomy, elongated features, and strongly patterned clothing. Saturated reds, blues, greens, and ochres support whimsical narrative tableaux populated by recurring stylized people and animals, with dense but clearly organized details.
