About

Pokemon is a globally popular franchise created by Satoshi Tajiri and Ken Sugimori , first introduced as a video game by Nintendo in 1996. It has since expanded into an extensive multimedia empire, including animated television series, movies, trading card games, and merchandise. The franchise revolves around fictional creatures called "Pokemon," which humans, known as Pokemon Trainers, catch and train to battle each other for sport.

Observations

The style combines richly textured, storybook illustration with expressive cartoon creatures, fine ink-like outlines, and saturated colors. Across the scenes, oversized characters are integrated into lush woodland environments with warm atmospheric light, glowing highlights, and a whimsical fantasy mood.
