About

Sarah Andersen is a contemporary American cartoonist known for her webcomic series "Sarah's Scribbles," which humorously explores the challenges and quirks of adulthood, often through a semi-autobiographical lens. Her work is celebrated for its relatable content, capturing the essence of millennial life with wit and charm.

Observations

The style is a stark black-and-white comic drawing built from bold ink contours, dense black fills, and mostly unmodulated white space. Simplified, wide-eyed human and animal characters act out small everyday situations with exaggerated expressions, sparse settings, and a dry, expressive awkwardness.
