About
Simon Birch is a contemporary artist known for his dynamic and expressive paintings that often explore themes of identity and emotion. His work is characterized by bold, energetic brushstrokes and a vivid color palette, capturing the intensity of human experience.
Observations
Across all four renders, faces and figures are built from energetic, visibly layered paint, with directional strokes breaking up forms and extending into the background. The restrained pale grounds contrast with saturated reds, corals, blues, and dark accents, while cropped portraits and loose garment and hair marks give the style an expressive, fashion-editorial intensity.
