Alex Grey is an American artist known for his visionary and spiritual art that explores themes of consciousness and the human experience. His work often features intricate anatomical depictions intertwined with spiritual and psychedelic imagery, creating a unique fusion of art and spirituality.
Observations
Highly saturated red-and-blue frontal faces are built from dense, finely drawn lines, repeating motifs, and radial symmetry. The portraits merge human features with multiple eyes, glowing centers, ornamental textures, and abstract patterned forms, giving the style an intense visionary and icon-like presence.
