About

Jon Kudelka is a renowned Australian cartoonist and illustrator known for his sharp wit and satirical commentary on political and social issues. His work often appears in major publications, where he uses humor and keen observation to critique contemporary society.

Observations

Across all four panels, the style uses dense ink drawing, heavy contour lines, and extensive crosshatching to build richly textured urban and subterranean scenes. A restrained blue-gray palette with selective red and warm accents, stark darkness, and strange oversized forms creates an ominous, surreal mood while maintaining clearly staged narrative situations.
