About
South Park is an American animated television series created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone. Known for its satirical and often controversial humor, the show follows the adventures of four boys—Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny—in the fictional town of South Park, Colorado. The series is recognized for its crude animation style, dark humor, and commentary on a wide range of social, political, and cultural issues.
Observations
The style presents groups of simplified, round-headed characters with oversized eyes, sparse facial features, colorful winter clothing, and strongly recognizable accessories. It combines clean graphic outlines and vivid color with softly modeled, toy-like three-dimensional surfaces, varying between textured illustrated settings and polished studio or outdoor scenes.
